Happy to have you here. As a corporate professional based in Jakarta, Indonesia, I initially created this space for me to lay down ideas about my background in the energy industry and my interest in climate technology, and issues related to energy transition and sustainability. However, along the way, I would also like to share some thoughts and inspiration about issues that are close to my heart, such as career, productivity, and health.

Medio Virtus was inspired by a Latin expression taken from Aristotle (and translated from Greek) by St Thomas Aquinas written as in medio stat virtus, where it literally translates to virtue lies in moderation - or in between the extremes of any issue. I believe that greatness starts from a modest, everyday routine that is sometimes overlooked. I wish this blog could bring some added value to my readers.
